Logan County Crime Stoppers Annual Golf Tournament/Raffle

In conjunction with their annual golf tournament coming up on May 1, the Logan County Crime Stoppers Board of Directors are selling raffle tickets this year.

Tickets are $20 each and prizes will be cash awards of $750, $500, $250, $100 and five $50. There are only 250 tickets to be sold. Winners will be drawn at 1 p.m., May 1 at the Riverview Golf Course; need not be present to win.

Registrations are currently being taken for the 24 annual golf tournament on Sun., May 1 at Riverview Golf Course. The 4-person scramble will have an 8 a.m. shotgun start.

Entry fee is $40 per player or $160 per team. The fee includes green fees, and meal by Melody Heim. Carts may be reserved by calling Riverview Golf Club at 522-3035.
The tournament is limited to the first 40 teams and offers $800 in cash paybacks.
Registrations are accepted at Key Bank, 115 N. 3rd St.; Better Electric, 155 Cucarola Rd.; and Riverview Golf Club.

Raffle tickets are available from board members: Deb Forbes, Tom Kiel, Marilee Johnson, Jill Distel, Lee Birgenheier and Jake Yaden.

Logan County Crime Stoppers has been a part of the recovery of more than $77,000 in property and $14,000 in narcotics in Logan County. Logan County Crime Stoppers has paid out rewards of over $18,000 in the past due to the generous donations of the community for the golf tournament.
