***Logan County Sheriff's Office Press Release***
Sterling, Colorado – 3/19/12, the Logan County Sheriff’s Office arrested Francisco Herrera, DOB 10/26/83, on charges of 18-18-405 “Unlawful distribution, manufacture, dispense or sell Schedule II” a class 3 felony. Francisco was also charged with Possession of less than two ounces of marijuana, Unlawful Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamines), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Child Abuse-No injury.
In an unrelated case, on 3/22/12, the Logan County Sheriff’s Office obtained an arrest warrant for Saul Miguel Castillo-Orozco, DOB 5/4/83, who was currently in custody on other charges at the Logan County Detention Center. In that warrant, Castillo-Orozco was charged with 18-18-405 “Unlawful distribution, manufacture, dispense or sell Schedule II” a class 3 felony.
Both were held at the Logan County Detention Center on the above charges after their arrest. Castillo-Orozco remains in custody at the Detention Center; Herrera has been released on bond.
