The City of Sterling will be fogging mosquitoes using a material known as BIOMIST 3+15 ULV, E.P.A. registration number 8329-33.
The application rate is 4.5 ounces per minute while traveling at 10 miles per hour.
Fogging will begin at approximately 10pm Thursday, June 21, 2012, and will be completed by approximately 8am Friday, June 22, 2012. If fogging operations are cancelled due to weather conditions, the fogging will be rescheduled for approximately 10pm Friday, June 22, and will be completed by approximately 8am, Saturday, June 23.
Fogging area will include the entire City of Sterling.
Special target areas will be all City Parks, Cemetery, and the Fishing Pond.
