As
the summer fair circuit arrives, you’ll want to be watching for some of these
entries that were the stand-out winners during the 2012 Northeastern Junior
College Aggies Livestock Prospect Show held here in late April. According to
show organizers, 103 families from Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming represented
more than 120 contestants at the event, entering just under 250
animals.

Senior – Aaron Hamilton, Model. Beef: Novice – Trista

Market Swine: Grand Champion – Paige Miller, Torrington,

The
number of goat entries was down some this year as a major show was also taking
place in Weld County on the same weekend as this event. Winners of this show are
expected to be top contenders at other summer contests.
