Hospice of the Plains Offering Grief Support Group

Hospice of the Plains will offer an 8-week grief support group for those who have experienced a loss in their life. The support group is free to the public; however, there is limited space so please register by June 10th to Deb Neal, Hospice of the Plains Death and Grief Studies Certified Chaplain, at 526-7901.  Grief Group will be held on Thursday's, beginning on June 13th. Group will meet from 1:30-3:30 in the main floor conference room, across from the gift shop at Colorado Plains Medical Center, 1000 Lincoln Street in Fort Morgan.
