All Memorial Day Weekend events are free! You are not required to sign-up however day passes are still mandatory to have access to the park. For any questions please call the North Sterling State Park at (970) 522-3657

    Friday, May 24^th

Ø Kids Fishing Contest!

*        Noon- Top five winners will have their photo placed on the park web page! Stop by the Visitor Center for rules and regulations. Park vehicle passes are required.

Ø Park Scavenger Hunt!

*        Noon-The hunt will continue all weekend and anyone may participate. A list of items will be provided at the Visitor Center. Check back in at the Visitor Center when the hunt is complete to see how well you did! Park vehicle passes are required.

Saturday, May 25^th

Ø Remembering Memorial Day

*        7 pm - Come join in on a program about the true meaning and a bit of history about Memorial Day. We will be meeting at the amphitheatre in the south entrance of the Park.  There will be kid’s activities and games so don’t miss out on the fun!  Park vehicle passes are required.

Ø S’more of What?!

*        Stick around after the Memorial program for s’mores roasting and fun facts about the delicious campfire treat!

Sunday, May 26^th

Ø Fishing Contest will continue

Ø Scavenger hunt ends!

*       Bring your list of items back to the Visitor Center to see how well you did!

Monday, May 27^th

Ø Kids Fishing Contest Ends!

*       Last chance to present your catch at the park Visitor Center for recording of weight and length. Winners will be named/posted and photos will be taken!
