The Fort Morgan Police Department will host another free Drug Take-Back event on Saturday, Oct. 26. The event is part of a nationwide effort to collect and safely dispose of unwanted or expired medications that can be found in many home medicine cabinets.
FMPD officers will be set up in the northwest corner of the Colorado Plains Medical Center parking lot at 1000 Lincoln Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Anyone wishing to dispose of medicines can drive by and drop them off. The service is free and anonymous, with no questions asked.
