The Parks, Library, and Recreation Department has relocated its office downstairs behind the receptionist area at City Hall.
Shawn Conter has been hired as the new Parks, Cemetery, and Forestry Superintendent for the City of Sterling. Shawn has been an employee of the PCF Division for approximately 17 years.
