NJC to hold Trick or Trot Race October 27th

The athletic department at Northeastern Junior College will hold a Trick or Trot Race on Saturday, October 27^th. A fun format, the race, which features your choice of one mile, 5K or 10K runs, will offer prizes for not only the fastest times, but also the best costumes.  Costumes are highly encouraged and prizes will be awarded for scariest and funniest.

Runners who want to participate in Trick or Trot can register online at Active.com.  There is a registration fee, but all those who sign up by October 19^th will receive a t-shirt commemorating the event. 

Races will begin at 8 a.m. at the Bank of Colorado Event Center. Age categories include age 12 years and under; age 13-19 years, age 20-34 years, age 35-49 years and age over 50 years. Cost to register for the run is $20 for the 5K, $25 for the 10K and $15 for the one mile race.

Registration is being done online at a site called active.com   You will need to search the site by putting Sterling, Colorado in the site map and the key words Trick or Trot.
