The Colorado State University Yuma County Extension in partnership with the WRAC and the Wray Community District Hospital is hosting A Healthier Weigh -- Yuma County Health Challenge. It is a 12-week challenge that encourages increased activity, making wise food choices, and living a healthier lifestyle. This year will also include bonus tips on the link between health and wealth and how to improve both. Participants will also benefit from WRAC discounts and a fitness age assessment. The challenge is conducted with teams of 4 adults or as an individual. Participants must weigh-in at the beginning of the challenge on January 7 or 10 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm or 5:00 to 6:00 pm.
