Sterling Public Library to provide "Fancy Nancy" program Feb 25

Sterling Public Library will provide the program “Fancy Nancy” on February 25^th at 6:30pm.  The program will center around delectable cupcakes. Denise will share Fancy Nancy stories with everyone. The activities during the evening will center around cupcakes.  Kids are encouraged to dress up for the program as Fancy Nancy loves to dress up with lots of sparkle and glamour.
