The City of Sterling Recreation Division is currently accepting registrations for the 1st Annual Perry Mason Adult Co-Rec softball tournament. Games will be held Friday, July 26 through Sunday, July 28. The entry fee is $150 per team and the registration deadline is Wednesday, July 18. Checks must be made payable to the "City of Sterling." Registration forms and fees may be mailed to or dropped off at the Sterling Recreation Center, 808 Elm Street, Sterling CO 80751. Sterling Recreation Center hours are: Monday-Friday, 5:30am-9pm, Tuesday and Thursday, 7am-9pm, Saturday 9am-9pm, and Sunday 1-6pm.
There will be recreational and competitive divisions, with a 14 player cap per team. Teams will provide umpires according to tournament schedule.
Proceeds will be used for the City of Sterling's Youth Wildcat Softball Program to update equipment.
Prizes will be given for 1st and 2nd place in each division.
