STERLING, Colo. - North Sterling State Park’s Junior Ranger Program for Saturday, June 18 is “Daddy Long Legs” and the park naturalist will explain whether spiders are helpful or just hairy. The program, held at the park amphitheater, starts at noon and continues for about two hours. The Junior Ranger program is designed for kids 6-12 years old, but parents and siblings are welcome too.
The event is free, but all visitors must purchase a parks pass before entering the park. North Sterling State Park hosts a Junior Ranger Program every Saturday afternoon throughout the summer. For additional information, please call North Sterling State Park at (970) 522-3657.
