Sterling Public Library was selected as a library featured in American Libraries 2012 Design Showcase. Each year American Libraries features libraries that have completed a building project.
This year there were 14 sections: 12 parts online at americanlibrariesmagazine.org/librarydesign12 starting on March 8, and excerpts of the showcase in the March/April issue of American Libraries and the American Libraries Spring Digital Supplement. The publication which came out today featured the Sterling Public Library in the section titled “The Shape of Things.
It is a great honor to be selected for this publication from the many libraries that submitted their projects. We are so fortunate to have such a beautiful library in Sterling. Thanks to all those at Humphries Poli and Group 3 Planners who helped design our building.
