The ACT test originally
scheduled to be administered at Northeastern Junior College on September
21st has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 12th, same
time and location. ACT will be contacting students who were registered for the
test via email to make them aware of this new date. Only students who were
assigned to the test center on the original test date will be on the roster for
the rescheduled test date. Students planning to test must bring their September
paper ticket with photo and acceptable photo ID to the test center for admission
on this rescheduled test day. Payment for the September 21st test
will be applied to the October 12th test.
Anyone with questions
regarding the Oct. 12th test date may contact Andrea Schumacher at
Northeastern Junior College at 521-6663. Schumacher proctors the test locally on
behalf of ACT.
The ACT Test (formerly
referred to as the American College Test), is a college readiness assessment
tool, is a curriculum and standards-based educational and career planning tool
that evaluates a students' academic readiness for college.
