Crafty Characters Feb 3 at Sterling Public Library

Join Sterling Public Library for lots of fun at Crafty Characters on February 3 from 4-5pm.  Each month the library has a special make and take craft project for kids of all ages.  During the February program kids will be making special hearts using string and wire.
