Sterling Public Library's Crafty Characters is Feb 4

Sterling Public Library is providing Crafty Characters @ Your Library for kids during 2013.  On Monday, Feb. 4th from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. we will be making Chinese dragons.  Kids may stop in and do this make and take project.
