BRUSH, Colo. (May 8, 2013)
– Learn how to prepare a variety of fish and seafood using cooking methods that
are low in salt and fat that result in great flavor and retain the nutritional
benefits of fish at the next Good For You Cooking Class. The class is 6:30
p.m.-8 p.m., May 16 at East Morgan County Hospital.
Chef Peter Sisneros will
demonstrate his healthy cooking techniques. The cost is $10 per person to cover
supplies and ingredients. The class is free to people enrolled in diabetes
